Commercial Drains & Sewers

A blocked drain in an occupied building can affect several units or stop a washroom from being used. Spivak Plumbing handles commercial drain cleaning, jetting and camera inspections in Toronto and York Region. Give us the site address, affected fixtures and an on-site contact when arranging a visit.

Work covered

  • Commercial drain cleaning
  • Commercial drain jetting
  • Commercial camera inspections

Trace the pattern

One blocked sink is different from several fixtures backing up together. Tell us when the trouble happens and whether another unit has reported the same problem. If it returns after cleaning, share the service history. Drain drawings and known cleanout locations help where available. Staff observations are useful, especially when an intermittent problem is not happening by the time the visit takes place.

Cleaning and jetting

The condition of the pipe, likely obstruction and available access guide the method. Let us know if chemicals have been used in the line. Where fixtures must be kept out of use, the property contact needs to coordinate that with staff or occupants. The scope should distinguish the immediate cleaning task from investigation or other work that may be recommended after the line is assessed.

Camera inspection findings

A camera can show visible internal conditions in an accessible section of drain or sewer. Access and the state of the line limit the view. Discuss the section to be inspected and what information you need from the findings. A recorded location and a clear description are more useful for future maintenance than a general statement that the line needs attention.

Arrange access

For commercial properties in North York, Richmond Hill and Vaughan, confirm who can approve the work and open relevant service areas. Tell us about tenant access rules and operating hours. We confirm scheduling directly during our business hours. A website inquiry is a request for contact, not a reserved visit or a response-time commitment. Have any available product instructions or previous service records ready for the discussion. They can help identify what has changed and what still needs to be checked at the property.
